- Strong knowledge of network protocols
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Mandatory certification: CCNA or its equivalent.
- Strongly preferred: CCNP R&S or equivalent.

- Strong knowledge of network protocols, security, and troubleshooting.
- Excellent Problem-solving and communications skills.
- Relevant certification (e.g., Microsoft Certification MCSA, MCSE, Azure) a plus.
